TiVo used Vivo to offer an up-close tour of their private suite at CES, where a number of new products were demonstrated. The event was broadcast live on the CEs website and promoted through tivocommunity.com.

The Parnassus Group, a Seattle-based consulting firm, used Vivo to stream its annual CES blogger event, which was attended by popular tech bloggers and web evangelists, including Robert Scobile, CNET, TechCrunch, and a variety of startup companies.

CEOs for Cities, a national network of urban leaders, used Vivo to host a live town hall meeting dealing with the 2009 government stimulus package in Pittsburgh, PA. A number of local and state civic and political representatives attended the discussion. Viewers were able to send in questions through Vivo, which were answered live during the discussion.

HarperCollins used Vivo to stream live, interactive discussions with its best selling authors. Fans from across the world have been connected to their favorite authors through live streaming Q&A sessions, book signings, and lectures.

Coro, a nationwide leadership training organization, used Vivo to stream meetings between their six locations in the United States and to prospective Coro leader trainees.

The National Road used Vivo to stream a live debate on immigration policy. The event featured popular syndicated columnist Cal Thomas, as well as a number of prominent policy makers and thought leaders.

The Heinz History Center used Vivo to broadcast its Live and Learn speaker series.
