Viewing Events
I can't see any video.
At this time, Vivo requires the free Adobe Flash browser plug in for viewing video. Go here to download Adobe Flash.
You will also need a modern web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer 7, 8, or 9, Safari, Google Chrome, or Opera). Javascript must be enabled.
I see video, but it is choppy or difficult to watch.
Watching live video requires sufficient bandwidth and CPU resources. A broadband internet connection is recommended. If you are on a dial-up connection or a slower broadband connection, its possible that you will have difficulties viewing video.
If you are on a computer that is running many applications, you may need to close some applications before you are able to watch video smoothly. If you close your running applications and still encounter issues, try restarting your computer.
If issues continue to occur, right click on the video, then click "Settings", then click the monitor icon on the far left. Uncheck the box that says "Enable hardware acceleration".
A final possibility is that the person broadcasting the live video is having connectivity or computer issues on their end. If the broadcaster's bandwidth or CPU resources are insufficient, the video may be low quality, choppy, or buffer constantly.
